Instead of trends that are not going anywhere.There are certain things you should evaluate or look at for long-term success in a company. In this post you will learn what to look for before you join that next big thing.

With whats going on in the economy to-day there are a lot of companies that are emerging because they recognize opportunity is build in a down economy. Most of the Millionaires that were created started or built their empire in a down economy. With whats going on in the job market today with layoffs and people are constantly on the hunt for the next lifeline(job). A friend of mine told me yesterday that a her co-worker was called in the office and her employer informed her that her services was no longer needed. I was like Wow they didn’t even give her a reason of why they were letting her go after 8 years of service with the company.

This has cause a lot to be fearful of their job now a days so they turn to other alternatives to put themselves in a better position to keep income coming in. This is the reason the home-based business industry is booming so much right now. But while many people don’t know how to pick a good company they find themselves jumping in the next best thing. Which when they do jump in a company it turns out to be here today and gone tomorrow and their right back to square one. unemployed! So let me help you out before you jump into one of the companies that just Fad’s.

Opportunity

Make sure that the company you are looking into has a big market for opportunity for you to make money. Ask yourself some questions like, will the product be around for a while allowing you to make the most amount of profit? Is the company being led by veterans in this industry who have a track record of growing team’s or home-based businesses. Do your research on the leaderships integrity and the vision they have for the company in the future. See if the company has a listening ear, meaning are they open to listening to the field and providing what they need for them to be successful.

Affordable

Every company has some form of auto-ship or monthly membership you pay to keep your distributorship active. You have to see if there is affordability that the masses can afford it. Is the auto-ship affordable enough for people to stay in? Think about this when considering affordability. Any amount that someone is going to spend, if its $10 of something you don’t normally purchase then it’s considered expensive. When you have a product that the amount people spend is the same they would spend anyway you will then have true residual income. By true residual income I mean, when you have an income that regardless if people in your organization purchase or not that income continues to come in regardless of the activities that have to do with the company.

Commitment

Anything worth having you have to be committed to it. Relationships,friendships…good ones though not the unhealthy ones. I have friend tell me that her co-worker was so stressed bout her relationship, that her hair was falling out. Not a good look. Most people will say well I’ll dabble in this just for a little while and see what happens. NOTHING! Your not going to have any success dabbling in anything. You have to make the commitment that your going to make this thing happen no matter what. In my primary company we tell people to give us 18-Months of all out massive action and following the proven system we have. We don’t mean just sit around and not do anything for 18-months..No. Go to work this is going to take #FCHW. (Faith Consistency and Hard Work) I heard from someone If You Stick and Stay You Will Get Your Pay! Funny how people will give someone else 30 years of their life but wont give themselves just 3-5 years to build something that no job can give you. Security to finally get paid what your worth in your own business.
