Mindset is sometimes the determining factor of the success you may or may not have in your business life. Most people go through their day just focusing on all the how-to stuff and still not really having much success. The reason is because your mind is not in a positive state to bring the results your looking for. 1. Dangle Bait

In your business just like the fisherman you have to dangle the right bait in front of your fishes(potential business partners). It cant just be any bait you feel will entice them to bite but it has to be one that they want, need or desire. This is where listening comes into play, know what your prospects are looking for in that moment in their life. Whether it be Get 50 leads a day or how to market on social media sites, it has to be enticing enough that they will take action. So first figure out which bait you will use to attract the type of fishes you are looking for in your business.

 

2. Drop The Hook

Now comes the time to drop your hook in the water. In business this means prospecting either online or offline.(WARNING: When put together your business will explode like a bomb…BOOM!) Im so serious… I had to learn this the hard way I was just focusing on online marketing techniques but soon realized that online could take awhile depending on what technique you’re using. So the best way to get money now is offline techniques talking to people everyday all day. One way I found that is very effective to get in front of alot of people online is Facebook. Facebook has over 800million people who are on their posting, sharing and all kinds of stuff.(No Farmville) This would be considered an ocean for you to fish in for people you can connect with and build strong relationships to all day everyday.

 

3. Keep or Throw it Back

Wants you have a bite or new interested prospect you want to ask them plenty of questions to determine if this is a keeper or not. Find out what they want need or desire to reel them in. If at anytime in your asking phase they seem to be very negative just going to be a burden on you down the road then throw them back. Maybe recommend a book like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill this will definitely get their mindset in a positive direction. Some people will just let anyone in their business because they think they need this one person to build it big. I heard from a millionaire that you don’t need anyone, you may want them because of who they are but you don’t need them to build your business. Their are plenty of good fish in the sea to throw all the bad ones back, you just have to have the mindset of a champion that the right people will come and join your business.
